AS400 Client Access 3.1.3

Hi guys,
 
I need help in locating where to get AS/400 Client Access 3.1.3.  IBM has stopped distributing this software and it is the last version of Client Access for OS400 V3R7M0.  I have looked around IBM & other sites the only location that looked familiar is ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/clientaccess/win32/v3r1m3.  I was able to download a file of about 40MB called CA3.ZIP but was unable to unzip the file.
 
Any help will be appreciated.
