There is a project to provide an RPGII compiler (EraserheadRPG) for Linux.
With enough support, perhaps it will evolve into an RPGIV compiler.  See

What about Baby/400 from California Software?  There were others, they just
weren't as robust as Baby/400.

It's about time!  On another note, I would love to be able to take some of
my RPG applications and port them to a UNIX or Windoze machine without
having to do a re-write.  Does anyone know of a program(s) that does this
reliably?
