  • Subject: Passing Parameters to Query -- missed it
  • From: Kaynor@xxxxxxx

Hi,
Could someone forward me the reference to obscure IBM documentation on
passing parameters to a Query? It was on this listserv sometime in November
and I failed to save it.

[I am NOT referring to the techniques of putting the parameters in an outfile
and linking to them, of using Query Manager Queries, or of running SQL
instead of Query. Rather, there is a technical bulletin or something like
that that describes a way to pass parameters to a regular old AS/400 query, I
think.]

Thanks a million,
