The local ethernet devices should be able to ping the
Server at 150.150.11.100.  If your local network can't
see the server, you have something set up wrong.

Are you sure you are under the write network masks?
Are they both (the NT sever and the local network) netmasked
to, say, 255.255.255.0 ???

If you can't ping the 150.150.11.100 from a 150.150.11.x that
is your problem.  You need to resolve that before you can even
think about the routing portion.
