I did that about a year ago using Target/400 which I found both reasonable
priced and offering the most complete conversion tools. (I tested two other
tools and checked the specifications of another two).

There were two or three conversion problems due to special S/36 coding
"styles" but their customer support was able to identify what was going on
and help me get the problems solved.
