This product can only be restored/installed by an IBM C.E. (technician). Service
director is the program that checks the system and dials out to IBM using the
ECS line when their is a system problem (ie = bad hard drive).

Subject: v4r2 upgrade to v4r4

Hello,
I hope someone can help me with 2 questions/problems.....

1) What is Service Director (5798RZG)? I'm getting a msg stating
SD has detected a change in the OS level. It must be installed again.
I've gone through all my media, trying to restore but can't find it.

2)Lic Pgm - IBM Integrated Services for FSIOP (5769SA2)
We were using this as a gateway into 400 using client access. Now I'm
showing *ERROR next to it when I display Installed Lic Pgms. I've done a
CHKPRDOPT and see where OS2, IBMCOM, MPTN, QFPNTWI files plus a few others
could not be found. I believe we needed Lotus Notes running for this
connection to occur, v4r4 doesn't support notes on FSIOP, right?
Any suggestions?

Thank You,
Mike Lindsay
