Create directory off /QFileSvr.400:
  MKDIR '/QFileSvr.400/<AS400-name>'
Directory name should correspond to TCP/IP hostname of another AS/400.
Now you will be able to access IFS on another AS/400 through this
directory.

This is standard function.

You could export the IFS via NFS and mount it on the other system.
