Chuck,
  It's the start position that's the problem.  Do a DSPMSG CPA5335 and look
at the message text, then the field data.  The message text has the
following assignments: File - &1, Library - &2, Printer - &3.  The field
data shows that all three of these parms are 10 long, so the third parm
starts in column 21.
