I think I agree with you except the part about "very easy."  Complex
programs can give people the opportunity to do things that result in
incorrect output based on valid data.  Admittedly, that's the result of not
understanding the process fully, but then that's the old "Myth of the Cave"
situation.  (Would programmers be admitted to the Republic?) <g>
