I think I remember hearing that you can call most of OpsNav functions via API. That's all that the GUI part of OpsNAv does. Nearly all of my newer customers have one modem setup for tech support access this way. I dial in with either OS/2 or Windoze DUN. V4R4 adds support for using a different list of userID/passwords for the DUN connection than is used for AS/400 signon security. This list is managed in, you guessed it, OpsNav.
