Marie, We act as a member of the I.S. team for many of our clients and it works very well. We have a primary contact at our development center for the primary contact at the client site. We can provide multiple levels of staff depending on the specific need of each request and by doing so can save the client considerable dollars. I think this would be difficult with a really large consulting firm due to turnover and numerous personnel that may be involved. Also, as a firm becomes very large it would be difficult for the firm as a whole to give special attention to each client - this would fall on the shoulders of each individual consultant. I used to work for a very large consulting firm and I feel a much more "personal touch" to a firm of our size. We have 12 employees and service 15 clients currently. Some clients are on a full-time service level others are as needed. We have no turnover in our employees in the 5 years we have been operating. This has been seen as a real benefit to our clients.
