Hi Matthias,

I installed the Y2K group Thursday, November 18, and applied it Thursday
night. Friday morning I started receiving calls complaining about
performance. Sure enough processor utilization was @ ++++ and no user jobs
were running. I traced the problem through WKRSYSACT to an IPPTR000XXX task
which was taking 80-90%. I ended TCP and it went away. I would suggest
waiting a while before installing the Y2K ptf. I am at V4R3 and I removed
the ptf the next night and plan to wait till late December to try it again.

Just FYI.
