Al would have the definitive answer on this but....

The rack config in RISC machines is in SST. Do a STRSST, work with hardware
and some key (maybe even F17 still or maybe F6) prints the list.

On CISC machines it is the old command WRKHDWPRD and select appropriate
option (work with or display configuration) and then F17 to print.

Don't know about DSPHDWRSC, sounds like a good distractor....
