Which brings up a good point.  As some of us are forced away from OV/400, 
you'll want to 
remember to delete all OV items and enrollments prior to deleting the program 
products.  
Otherwise it can be a major pain.

As long as you have OV still installed I think your best bet is to temporarily
create the profiles again, delete the distributions and the re-delete the
profiles.

I have seen documentation on how to delete all remaining OV stuff in the case
where OV itself is no longer available but that seems drastic at this point.
