We recently installed:

        Cumulative PTF package 99420 (I almost said PTF tape)
        HIPER PTF package 99090
        Y2K PTF package 99200

We had no problems with pre- or co-requisites; each set of CDs loaded
without problems; on our 640s the IPL took an extra 1-1/2 hours.  On our
remote machines (much, much smaller) only added 1/2 to 1 hour extra.
