No, no, no!  You should NOT create another DFU program.

Everybody on this list just saw you spend, what, the past week debugging this
thing?  You must have a LOT of time on your hands!  ;-)

The day I saw your original post I thought, "Hmmm, an easy RPG rewrite; forget
DFU."

It's one thing to chase down something like this for the thrill of it (?), but
enough already!  Dump DFU (Dumb F***ing Utility) and get on with your life!

Wow, mystery solved.  Okay, so now I should create a DFU program
with my account Jim and tell it NOT to ignore decimal data errors.  That
way when I do a UPDDTA I can see if there are errors.
