Be careful.

A frequent technique of the folks in Rochester is to create a data area to 
signal if a certain condition exists or not.

QLPINSTALL is a user profile that handles install of OS/400.  Objects 
created by QLPINSTALL (usually) are created on your system during new 
release install.
