Or, more to be point, why bother?  Simply schedule some CHGSYSVAL
QHOUR jobs with *ONCE.  In a couple of minutes with a calendar you can
take care of several years worth.  Doesn't matter what country/state
you are in -- just schedule the dates/times used in your locale.

And with *ONCE jobs, there is no danger of having a clock setback
repeat itself an hour later. :)  No muss, no fuss, no testing.
