Mark, You can change the USRDTA to something like 'EOM9910' and then do a WRKSPLF to match the USRDTA for the month you're looking for. Personally, I'd avoid keeping all those spooled files on the system - they're not backed up and they are tying up job resources on the 400. Have you considered some form of archiving software?
