If these are jobs that are submitted by the operator, you can change the
USER parm on the submit job command to some other user, such as
MONTHEND. Then the splf will belong to that user.  You can set up user
profiles without passwords for these purposes.  The user profiles do
have to have authority to the resources used by the jobs run under
them.
