STRDBG. Enter program name and update production yes or no and press ENTER.
Will present the source for the program. Set a breakpoint with F6 and exit
with F12. Run program. Will load to your breakpoint. 
 
Remember to specify CRTRPGMOD DBGVIEW(*LIST) when you create the module.
Otherwise, there will be no source to view.
