Stored Procedure Exception Monitor examples are wrong -- MIDRANGE-L

For anybody just starting to play with stored SQL procedures, the exception 
monitor example in the reference that shows how to monitor for a specific 
error is wrong. It omits the SQLSTATE keyword and doesn't enclose the value 
in tic marks. This is the way it really works:

   -- Object not found error
   DECLARE CONTINUE HANDLER FOR SQLSTATE '42704'
      Set NotFound = TRUE;
