Actually this is a "good" idea and I would be more likely to recommend
somthing like this. One thing I have seen, is similar to this: They
place
a pc in a "common" area(lunchroom,breakroom,etc) and it allows the
employees
access to email and in one case, they even put in a scanner so folks
could
send out baby pictures to the folks back home.
