Buck is on the right track.  The writer job should help you track down your
problem.  The most common problem that I have seen is that the default user
profile that is used (I don't remember the profile name off the top of my
head) is not authorized to the spool file.  Do a wrkwtr xxxxxxxx, then there
is a Fkey to look at the job log of the writer job (F17 I think)
