I would call them on the phone and demand to be removed from their
mailing list.  If that didn't work, I would send them about 100 to 1000
e-mail messages asking to be removed from their list.  If they wouldn't
do it then, I would write a program to send a message requesting to be
removed and put it in an endless loop for a day.

Maybe then they might get the idea.

A little drastic but... *shrug*
