CPYLIB owner


Please tell me if I am correct on this issue.

I am signed on as QSECOFR and do a CPYLIB.  The new library is owned by GRP1,
the same as the original library.  Now I sign on with my userid in GRP2 and do a
CPYLIB.  This new library is owned by GRP2, the same as my userid.

QDFTOWN is *USRPRF and userids have owner as *GRPPRF, QSECOFR is Group profile
*NONE and Owner is *USRPRF.

It appears that QSECOFR creates objects with ownership unchanged.
