2001 is for HTTP admin at V4R4 (&maybe before)

I'm curious why your are trying to use port 2001.  Normally HTTP is port 80.
My guess would be that the AS/400 is not enabling port 2001 for anything.  You
might want to try just port 80 and see what happens.
