Rick, Thanks for speaking out on this! It's been a peeve of mine as well. However, it's a double-edged sword; if everyone obeys the list guidelines, we might only get the digest two or three times per week, since the digest gets sent once the digest reaches a set byte-size (40k?). Choose your poison, less timely digests with more concise replies, or more timely digests with all the junk you despise. For me, a tough choice. Maybe if we could get the digest to be sent every hour or two, regardless of size (unless empty like in the wee hours)? However, here are some pertinent guidelines that everyone on this list receives every month: >> When quoting messages, do not quote the entire message.
