Glenn, what we're seeing is a huge hunker down and wait until the y2k storm clears...with alot of pentup projects waiting until after 1/2/00 or 2/29/00 depending on the company Also, as far as the 400 sales being down...well, if IBM would start telling folks that the 400 exists, cleanup their business partner antics, get some decent marketing going then perhaps they'd have a better credibility base in the product established...
