As I recall, the S/38 was a "little" more in $$$$$$$$$$$$ than the B10 problem... Our local folks in the IBM branch almost went into cardiac arrest when ALL machines were frozen... Back then, a S/38 sale was a real tough nut.... soooooo we had sales folks going around counting their commission on a machine that could not be delivered...
