FTP FAQ??

Is there a FTP FAQ somewhere?  I was hunting for some simple FTP stuff at
0100 this morning, didn't have my notes handy here at the house and since
my 2-year old was asleep I didn't want to go on a recursive search for
stuff...

It would be nice if the FAQ had:

1.  savf upload/download samples from PC to/from 400
2.  file xfer samples between 400's
3.  file xfer samples between 400 and other systems
4.  a little documentation as to what's going on and why..

RTFM references would be a good idea as well...

I did manage to meander through the midrange-l archives (MANY thanks
David!) to get the shell of what I was looking for, but was too braindead
to finish....oh well...  Yeah, I know it's simple stuff, but it's also
stuff I don't use every month...

My 2 year old has the good life, I guess...:)
