The S20 in question has a #2741 installed which is RAID capable for the all disks, including load source. I know as I configured it. Set device parity for the whole set Nick. This will give you 72GB usable DASD. If you want to set 2 RAID arrays (ie 2 parity sets of 5 disks), you will have extra protection but lose an additional 8GB capacity ie 64GB usable. Contact me offline if you like. With the generation of hardware that included the S20 (which was the 600 series), you could put RAID on the MFIOP. I am unsure if you had to purchase a special controller.
