I use a company called "Newport Leasing"  There phone number is (800) 678-9426.
They are in Santa Ana California.

He is reputable, but I do have to talk him down on price quite a bit.  He tried 
to
sell 2 new 5250 dumb tubes to my San Diego office for $600 each until I told
him that dumb tubes are $500 or $495 new.  Then he sold them for $500.
