This "was" a "fee pay" service offering a few years ago...can't remember
the
official title, but they would fire you a notice/fax on the latest and
greatest
PTF's... Down side, they wanted money for this service... It MAY still
be
offered, but who can keep track of what's available or not is not a task
for mortal man.... There are MANY service offering and it's impossible
to
learn about them unless you can find the "exact" letter for that
announcement..

 I subscribe to the announcement letter email service which helps, but
they can still slip through the cracks.... All annoucement letters are
online
and you can search them...
