What does stability mean anyways? We upgraded to from V4R3 to V4R4 about two weeks ago, and I have been opening PMR after PMR ever since. It has been one hell of a nightmare so far. I'm not sure if we just have bad luck or if we are really doing a lot of things that others are not so we get to find new bugs, but it has been pretty frustrating... of course, I can't say how it compares to upgrading NT since I have not done that. -----Original Message----- From: JGracetri@aol.com <JGracetri@aol.com> To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com> Date: Monday, 11 October 1999 7:02 Subject: Re: What IS an "AS/400" ?????? >how often would your company keep the as400 if you had to "reboot" several >times a day. microsoft NT say it all "NOT THERE". at my company i see the pc >jockeys continually upgrading and changjing, nothing is ever stable for them. >what's with that? >+--- >| This is the Midrange System Mailing List! >| To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. >| To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. >| To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. >| Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: firstname.lastname@example.org >+--- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: email@example.com +---
