What is SRC 917B4300?

Would someone with a SRC cross-reference please tell me what 917B 4300
means?

Also (and it is maybe related), if you don't have a twinax controller
in a 9402 200 but do have a 6141, is port 0 on the ASCII controller
the system console?  Or is the system console the separate unlabeled
DB25F below the UPS connector?  (I've never worked on a system without
a twinax system console.)

If QAUTOCFG is on, will ASCII devices auto config too?
