Hi Sam,

Try  

h * 7 all  

in the seu prompt field.

h       is the code for hide, 
 * 7 all        will hide all lines with a * in pos 7, ie all comments.

F5 will refresh display to bring them all back !

commented lines from a source when working within SEU and an RPG program?
