Okay Jim,
When you do a GO SAVE you get the save menu. Put your cursor on the line that
contains option 21. Press F1 for help. Roll to the bottom and you should see
something like:
This option runs the following commands:

    ENDSBS SBS(*ALL) OPTION(*IMMED)
    SAVSYS
    SAVLIB LIB(*NONSYS) ACCPTH(*YES)
    SAVDLO DLO(*ALL) FLR(*ANY)
    SAV OBJ(('/*) ('/QSYS.LIB' *OMIT)
      ('/QDLS' *OMIT) UPDHST(*YES)
    STRSBS SBSD(controlling-subsystem)

The newest item is:
    SAV OBJ(('/*) ('/QSYS.LIB' *OMIT)
      ('/QDLS' *OMIT) UPDHST(*YES)

This command performs a save of your integrated file system. Basically if you
are on a system in which you can do a WRKLNK command you should run this.
After
reading up on this, if you have any further questions, fire away!
