Quite a number of year ago, UDS had a modem, model=V32 that did not support
V.25bis autodial, the replacement was the V3225 which did support V25bis and
the subsequent replacements V3229 and V3400 all support V25bis autodial.
Factory option set 9 works perfectly on these modems and UDS even mentions
the AS/400 in their documentation.
