        I'm staring at an IBM 7855-10 modem which I'm setting up for our EDI
system. I'm reading the manual here and it says to select synchronous all
one needs to do is go thru the first setup menu on the LCD and select it, or
plug a terminal into the back of it and enter "AT&M4". Is that all I need to
do, aside from creating a SDLC line on the 400? This seems to simple. Am I
missing anything?
