Michael, You say "when the user signs on" so don't you just want to look at presenting a "secondary" screen once they complete the signon process ? That's the only way it would know who they are any way (i.e. once they have passed the signon/security/confirmation deal). That's not too hard to do. You could just place this in the program you have defined in the INLPGM section of the user profile. What information is he wanting displayed ?
