Hi,

How about the history log QHST, giving message "IPL from machine area ##MACH#B" 
at the start of the ipl???

The only (simple) definitive way that I can determine which side was IPLed 
from is the DSPPTF command.

The second line will show "IPL source", and it will indicate ##MACH#B or 
##MACH#A.
