Yes, the same problem we bitch about to the airlines affects our hot site contract: OVERBOOKING. The hot site folks do some estimating: How many computers will fail at the same time and will require use of a hot site computer? Wanna bet a number of companies will declare 'disasters' early on New Years' Eve just to make sure they get the computer? Wanna bet that you'll be first in line?
