SNDNETSPLF

Hello,
 
We are receiving a spool file via SNDNETSPLF from a remote outq, and the
spool file always arrives on hold.  It has a status of ready before it is sent.
Is there a way to get the SNDNETSPLF to not put the spool file on hold?
