Ray,

You are right on the mark.  The WRKLICINF does show processor group.  The
rack config does not show the processor group, only the System Type, Model,
Feature Code, Serial Number, and Release.  One in a very round about way
could determine the processor group based on the info in the rack config,
but it is not specifically stated there.
