It looks like you've had to deal with the "we're greater than God"
attitudes of most personnel types...  I've seen personnel depts be MAJOR
disservice to MIS depts since they insists on doing all the preliminary
interviews....you wouldn't believe some of the "qualified" dolts that I've
seen then send down through the years...  Got to the point when I was a
MIS Mgr that I screamed until I got copies of EVERYTHING that came in..
