That's OK as long as you have an HR system on the machine and everyone is in
it. What about contractors, temps, consultants, auditors and any other
non-employee who may need an ID?

In the accounting field, store the employee number.  Do a DSPUSRPRF to an
outfile.
Select * from DSPUSRPRF where UPACCD not in (Select empnum from empmast
where active='Y')
