Yesterday, a programmer working at a client site told me that the client had
ordered the production AS/400 without ordering Query/400. I have never seen
an
AS/400 without Query/400 - I had thought that Query/400 was always in the
OS,
whereas SQL and Query Manager were chargeable "extras" (and that may have
changed too). 

Is it so? Do you have to order Query/400 separately now?
