COMMON Election - Ballot Deadline !!

Hi All,

        Just a reminder, you all should have received your ballot's
from COMMON Headquarters by now as the deadline to postmark the
return ballot is this coming MONDAY September 13th, 1999.

 If you, or the member representative in your organization, has not received
a ballot
then please contact HQ at COMMON@COMMON.ORG or at (800) 777-6734.
Please be sure your ballot get's cast after carefully reading the candidates
presentation, also while a members name can be placed on the ballot by
petition of the membership, no obvious provision is made to write in a
candidate on the ballot.  So vote for one, two or three of the candidates
listed, but remember that the TOP three will be seated so be sure that your
candidate(s) get seated by only voting for only those you want on the board.

    Also, be sure that the person signing the ballot is in fact the member
representative for your organization as only that person can cast a valid
ballot.  If questions exist again contact HQ at the above number/E-Mail
address, or check the web page at www.common.org for more information.
