I'd mention two things: 1-VARPG is not a screenscraper. btw, there are many useful samples of VARPG code on the CD. 2-VARPG programs can be packaged as Java code, right now. The idea they've said is to allow RPG programmers to have a transition to Java that is useful and makes sense and allows an RPG programer to leverage RPG programming skills.
